HRIS Specialist

Eurofins NSC US, the national service center serving the US entities of Eurofins, is searching for a HRIS Specialist in Lancaster, PA.

HRIS Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide HRIS support with set up, testing, troubleshooting and reporting.

  • Assist others in HR department with computers and programs as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in state-of-the-art computer systems to support the HR/payroll group and serve all Eurofins US employees and leaders as needed.

  • Provide technical support for maintenance of installed software applications and assist with the development, installation, and maintenance of new applications for general use.

  • Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of software intended to improve the quality and efficiency of work performed

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Infor/Lawson HRIS or other HRIS knowledge preferred but not required.

  • Ability to pull data from the HRIS database or other programs for reporting.

  • Strong computer, project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

  • Capability to learn new software and systems by reading and understanding technical manuals and instructions

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or another related science or engineering curriculum with coursework emphasis on computer programming; exposure to Windows programming and relational database modeling and programming beneficial.

  • Basic programming skills.

  • Basic understanding of Java, XML, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, Oracle/SQL, and Web design, Access.

  • Learn new programming languages and systems quickly.

    Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
