Head Chef £27k St Andrews, Scotland.
Juice Hospitality are looking for an experienced min 1 AA Rosette experiened Head Chef to fill a full time, permanent position in St Andrews, Scotland.
This is a position within a super employer, working under the direction of a motivated, enthusiastic General Manager.
The Head Chef is leading a brigade so you'll need to demonstrate not only operational experience but also the ability to manage, motivate and to see the bigger picture and ensure that the mood of the brigade meets the needs of the business.
The venue you will be working in is a satellite venue to the main buildings and has a gastropub vibe.
The food is fresh and of the highest quality.
You will be running the kitchen and looking after a small brigade of 3 chefs.
The ideal Chef for this role will firstly be able to demonstrate experience.
We ae looking ideally for fine dining minimum 1 AA Rosette or similar.
They would have experience from both hotel and restaurant.
Knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation is essential in order to continue achieving high audit scores.
The current team is young and enthusiastic and will need your guidance and training skills in er to grow and continue our ongoing success.
