Call centre/Customer Service

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic company!

This is a full time temporary role with a potential to be permanent for the right candidate.

You will be required to work 40 hours a week on a rotational basis as the office is open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5.30pm Saturday & Sunday.


- Previous customer service experience/customer complaint handling experience is required

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

- Accurate data entry skills (previous experience of using IT systems required)

- Flexible attitude to working shifts including weekends/bank holidays

- Confident professional telephone manner

Own transport is preferred due to location of the company.
