Temporary Head Office Administrator - Raynes Park - 9.80p/h

Temporary Head Office Administrator required for a small media/sports company for minimum of 4-6 weeks (potentially longer).

Main duties will be providing general administrative support to head office-based managers and staff, greeting and directing visitors, answering and responding to calls and emails, arranging travel and accommodation, keeping company records, and maintaining office supplies.

Essential experience required:



* Excellent IT skills (use of Microsoft Office systems)



* Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and detail



* Ability to multi-task



* Good organisational skills



* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)



* Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills



* A hard-working and positive attitude

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Must be available to start IMMEDIATELY!
