Our client in St Helen's are looking for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join the permanence team.

The successful team manager will have previous post-qualified experience in a senior role and demonstrate leadership abilities.

Experience in Court Work, Looked After Children, Children in Need, Child Protection.

Responsibilities as a Permanence Team Manager:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality Social Work services

  • You'll be working closely with your team to ensure the right actions are taken at the right time, in the best interests of Children and their Families

  • You will allocate, audit and oversee all casework undertaken by the team

  • You'll monitor the progress and professional development of each member of the team

  • As the Locum Team Manager, you will promote effective working to achieve the best possible outcomes

As a Team Manager you will be:

  • HCPC registered

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • A full UK license holder

  • Previously experienced in a similar role
