Up to 25k depending on experience

This varied role will involve both facilities, sales, marketing and overall centre management.

  • Day to day site and operations responsibility, ensuring the safety and cleanliness at all times of the building and grounds.

  • Dealing with tenant queries and actively following up to resolve issues in a timely manor

  • Managing service contracts and liaising with, and supervision of, contractors and suppliers on site issues e.g.

    maintenance, repairs, cleaning, landscaping etc

  • Obtaining quotes for, overseeing and signing off required works and services and/or making purchases as required

  • Attending monthly managers meetings

  • Responding to enquiries from prospective tenants, conducting occasional office viewings and liaising with agents.

  • Management of the telephony and internet system

  • Proactive involvement with Head Office property team and contractors with the delivering of tenant fitouts

  • Acting as Fire Warden and First Aider (training provided as necessary)

  • Preparing annual service charge budget, periodic retendering of contracts and ensuring value for money

  • Liaising with the Manager to ensure Health and Safety procedures are observed

  • Recruitment of permanent /temporary centre staff and line managing Reception staff ensuring they have regular appraisals and training

  • Acting as primary key holder for any emergency situations and attending site as necessary

  • Flexibility is required for occasional out of hours working


  • Must be able to work without supervision and on own their initiative

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Clear understanding of good customer service

  • Well organised and proactive approach to problem solving

  • Excellent English and communication skills and professional manner

  • Confident to promote the centre and interact with a range of tenants, visitors and contractors

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands

  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
