Customer Service Coordinator(Housing)

My client based in Walton-upon-Thames are currently recruiting for an Estate Services Assistant on a full time Permanent basis.

You will be responsible for supporting the Estate Services Officer, providing excellent Customer Service and administrative support.


Job Description:



  • Proactively manage and fully resolve day to day estate enquiries

  • Provide administrative and day to day support to Senior Estate Services Officer including; correspondence with residents, mail outs, collating reports, coding invoices, credit card reconciliation

  • To support reporting repairs, ordering supplies, raise work orders

  • Carry out inspections of sites as directed by Estate Service Officer to monitor standards of cleaning, grounds maintenance and tree contractors

  • To provide an excellent level of customer service to the service's internal and external customers, including dealing with complaints

  • Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the service and division to achieve targets and objectives that are set, ensuring the groups customer services standards are met at all times


Requirements:



  • Good communication skills with a can-do attitude

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • Knowledge/Interest within the housing industry

  • Intermediate IT skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excel skills

  • Resilient personality
