Compensation Specialist

Compensation Specialist- London - Permanent - Circa £50,000

Williams Kent are supporting a large, Globally known Professional Services organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Compensation Associate to sit within the Reward team.

This is a client facing role where you will be working with both private and public listed clients and an energetic and fast paced team with a broad Compensation/ reward workload.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of complex data analysis (including creating pay benchmarking reports from raw data), financial modelling, and the drafting of papers to support design and implementation Executive Remuneration strategy and incentive plans.

As well as receiving support and guidance in line with your own personal and professional development goals, you will also be expected to oversee the work and development of junior members of staff.

Role requirements:

  • Experience/an interest in the area of Executive Reward including assisting with or the development of: pay benchmarking, reward or share plan design / implementation.

  • An awareness of corporate governance and shareholder views around remuneration, preparation of remuneration committee papers and remuneration reports.

  • Proven mathematical and analytical experience; financial modelling, quantitative analysis.

  • Ability to organise and manage delivery of projects and deadlines.

  • Enthusiastic to be involved in the development and coaching of more junior members of the team.

  • A professional and pro-active approach, to deliver top client service.
