Reward Manager

  • Global Reward Manager - Newcastle - £70k - £80k


    Williams Kent have partnered with a FTSE 100 organisation with the recruitment for a Reward Expert who is passionate about recognition.

    This is a senior level role working closely with the Benefits and Recognition lead to deliver global recognition strategies - this includes the design, implementation and management of the global programs in line with the organisation's values and increased success.



    Responsibilities will also include:



    • Managing the implementation of the global recognition tool.

    • Supporting and establishing the engagement and consultation strategies with Senior Stakeholders.

    • Working with external providers and people services to build a service model to manage admin and queries.

    • People management of two direct reports.


    Key Requirements:



    • A proven experience with delivering global recognition programs from the development right through to management phase.

    • People management experience.

    • Project management , research, analytic and problem solving skills

    • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, with a history of managing supplier relationships.

    • The flexibility to work across different time zones globally as needed.

    • A history with leading large, complex projects partnered with the ability to multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
