Business Administrator / Marketing Assistant - Part Time

A Business Coaching company based in Bristol are currently seeking a Business Administrator to join their team.

Our client is either look after the new business department or the client servicing department dependent on the individual.

You will be an important part of a small successful small team of people focusing on becoming a leading coaching business based in England.

New business

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Send out information packs
  • Send out welcome packs
  • Follow their 7 touch sales process for every new client who comes in

Client servicing

  • Look after existing clients for all 3 coaches
  • Change and amend existing client coaching appointments
  • Look after 3 coaches training and networking diaries
  • Book hotels/training events
