Responsibilities and Duties:
, Receiving inquiries trough inbound calls, emails, chat within a busy customer service team.
, Acting as the first point of contact for all clients.
, Pro-actively responding to customer queries in Czech and English via inbound calls, emails, chat.
, Data inputting and information management.
, Liaising with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues.
, Capability of handling demanding clients and stressful situations

As a tech consultant, you communicate with Norwegian customers to answer their inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.

Duties of this position include maintaining high customer satisfaction and logging the cases on the internet systems, while getting up-to-date with products & services.



What you need you have:
, Native standard Czech
, Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
, Hands-on technology aptitude (hardware, software, internet)
, Clear communication and soft skills (written + verbal)
