We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to provide expertise and knowledge in a pivotal stand alone position at a Technology organisation in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to build and lead the function to support global training & development at the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the L&D function and be the first point of contact for all L&D related matters.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify relevant learning processes and solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with sponsors and external providers - cost management.

  • End-to-end learning process - design, deliver and analyse training.

  • Develop, deliver and update effective on boarding programmes.

  • Managing the Global Budget for L&D.

  • Ensure compliance by developing the Learning Management process, tools, templates, policies and guidelines.

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Previous experience as an L&D Manager in a Matrix Environment.

  • Experience in designing and delivering training, and knowledge of different training methodologies.

  • Experience working in a Tech environment (Desirable) - eLearning & online platforms

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
