Telesales - Warm Desk (Part Time or Full Time)

Job Description:

The Telesales Agent will be calling through lapsed and enquiring customers, fact finding and introducing them to the services of the business.

There will be no cold calling as part of the role, but it will involve consistent outbound calls and working to target.

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquires

  • Being able to form good relationships with customers

  • General admin duties: filing, scanning, photocopying

  • Complete all paperwork to a high standard

  • Ensuring all contact information for clients is current and up to date

Candidate Requirements:

The Telesales role will require an experienced Telesales or Sales Agent with a confidence to pick up the telephone and dial outbound.

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries

  • Experience of outbound calls and ringing lapsed customers

  • Being able to form good relationships with customers

  • Can work in a fast paced, enthusiastic sales environment

This role would suit an individual with the following roles: sales, telesales, outbound calling, retentions advisor.

Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time) / 20 hours per week (part-time)

Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum + bonus scheme
