Customer Service Representative- Spanish Speaking

GPW Recruitment are actively recruiting for Spanish speaking Customer Service Representatives for a rapidly expanding Financial services hub in Preston.



The Role



  • Dealing with customer service related issues on behalf of large blue-chip organisations

  • Using your Spanish speaking skills, dealing with Spanish clients / customers over the telephone and via email

  • Handling ad hoc issues or queries relating to collections and other general customer service enquiries

  • Providing a professional and friendly service throughout

  • Account Management duties

  • Liaising with internal departments to help resolve issues

  • All aspects of general administration



The Person:



  • Fluency in Spanish

  • Previous customer service related experience, however will consider other backgrounds if suitable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Professional and efficient manner

  • The ability to work well as part of a team

  • Sound judgment and decision making

  • Good keyboard typing and computer literacy
