Senior Recruitment Consultant

Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (Childrens & Young Offenders)

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission + Career pathway programme

Better Healthcare is a leading nursing and care agency, with eight offices across East Anglia, London and the South East.

Established for over twenty two years, we enjoy an exceptional reputation within the healthcare sector and have a strong and loyal customer base.

Better Healthcare Services have been recognised in the most recent Plimsoll report as one of the fastest growing healthcare recruitment companies within the UK.

We firmly believe that our passion for recruitment and dedication to service excellence has been the major contributor to this growth.

As such, we are looking for likeminded individuals that have a huge passion for recruitment and a desire to exceed client expectations to join our expanding team.

Based in a brand new office in the City, our London operation has seen major growth over the last two years.

We are now looking to expand our service offering into new but aligned vertical markets and are looking for experienced recruiters to continue our growth and expansion.

The vision is that all of our vertical markets will become standalone profit and loss centres.

Therefore successful individuals will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team from within and progress into management.

This role will involve setting up our Childrens & Young offenders desk and working very closely with our other offices to grow and develop this market in line with company strategy and vision.

This is an already established sector within some of our other branches and we are looking to develop the model in our London operation.

We are therefore only inviting applications from individuals with a sound knowledge of this sector.

We offer a first class support system for all staff and a unique Career Pathway Programme for ambitious individuals who want to develop their career with a market leading organisation.

The Role:

Reporting into the Business Manager you will be responsible for developing existing clients and identifying new clients to maximise business potential.
Driving recruitment activity by developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates and conducting face to face interviews.
Developing key retention strategies to ensure continuity and service excellence to our client base.
Implementing business strategy around your vertical market and developing knowledge and expertise within that sector.

The Person:

Previous experience within the Childrens and Young Offenders sector is essential for this role.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in business development and thrive on working to targets and objectives.
You will be a self-starter and demonstrate that you are capable of working on your own initiative and manage your own time effectively.
You will have a huge passion for this sector and a determination to grow this into a standalone profit and loss centre.
You will be very ambitious with a real desire to progress your career.

If you think you have the skills and qualities required for this exciting role please forward your CV to Kevin Farr, Sales Director.
