Contact Centre Quality Control

Our client is an international award winning Sales and Marketing consultancy within the technology sector. 

Due to their continued success they are looking to recruit an experienced Contact/Call Centre Qualtiy Control / Qua;ity Assurance Agent

This position will be interviewed and on-boarded and commence on a working from home 'remote' basis

There will be some flexibility required when 'norm' external conditions return with the position to work within the Central London office


This role will involve; 


Quality control and supporting a team of 8-10 multi-lingual lead generation professionals across EMEA

Training and on-boarding and quality control/ call listening for new recruits and supporting management with discipinaries reports 

Creating call scripts and structure guidelines, delivering training sessions for the team to follow

Supporting managment with operational processes and procudres and ensuring the team meet with administative processes/standards

Utilising Word, Excel and Office365 and the internal CRM to collate and analyse data, creating weekly reports

People managment; coaching and motivating professioanls from different regions /cultures and performance management to drive improvement

ABility to multi-task across multiple campaigns involving different client briefs and remaining calm under pressure

Previous Team Quality control / Quality assurance within a contact/call centre is essenetail, exposuring/understanding tele-marketing / lead generation in a multi-lingual culture would be particularly advantaegous. 


Any additional EMEA languages would be particularly advanatgeous and welcome
