Qube Database Analyst/Administrator

Qube Database Analyst/Administrator - Marylebone (Currently Remote) - £27,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience
My Client, a successful Property and Asset Management and firm are currently seeking a Qube Database Analyst/Administrator to manage the Qube database; to collect and analyse the data, identify inconsistencies and to create existing and new reports from the software.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure data held on the Qube database is accurate and complete and liaise with the relevant departments to rectify any discrepancies

  • Be a point of contact for bespoke report requests from other departments

  • Set up a process to develop and document procedures and workflows

  • Set up and maintain a report tracker

  • Maintain accurate computerised and manual records

  • Produce accurate information and reports for weekly/ monthly meetings

  • Participate in team, departmental and corporate project and planning processes as required

  • Observe the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality and in compliance with Data Protection legislation

  • Undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested from time to time

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong and proven experience with Qube (MRI)

  • Ability to review large data sets

  • Advanced MS office skills - Excel

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Awareness of the property management sector and an understanding of the clients/customers relationship

  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, including drafting correspondence and documents

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a varied and demanding role with appropriate supervision

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and be organised and efficient

  • Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm

  • Pragmatic, creative approach to problem solving, with emphasis on fast and practical solutions


  • Knowledge of the NeoPost/Quadient infrastructure (OMS-500, DCS, NeoTouch)

  • Knowledge of server infrastructure and an understanding of Windows

Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience + Excellent benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
