The Role of the Regional Business Manager

A Leadership role that manages the day-to-day activities of a successful well-established team


Managing a team of 11 well established Territory Managers, Business Development Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisors & Associates


The team sell a range of Skin Protectives, Adhesive Removers & Dressing Packs.


Lead the regional team in maximising the market access opportunities across the brand portfolio and achieving high levels of market share.



Support the Account Managers and Business Development Managers prepare,quarterly business plans and monthly account reports.


Develop, train and appraise all individuals in the regional team; ensuring high levels of competency and skillsets remain current.


Support the UK Business Manager with strategy and planning and to communicate the Account Management strategy across the UK.


Manage salesforce from a clinical and sales perspective and generate all activity and opportunity reports in line with the UK Strategy.


Support the UK Business Manager with strategy and planning and to communicate the Account Management strategy across the UK.


Manage salesforce from a Clinical and sales perspective and generate all activity and opportunity reports in line with the UK Strategy.


Support the UK Business Manager in preparing tender awards with existing customers and potential new customers.


Uncover new opportunities, support product development and explore new markets.


Team covers half the country so looking at everything South of Birmingham so ideally centrally based (South East, South West, East Anglia & small part of East & West Midlands)

The Ideal Person for the Regional Business Manager

Ideally someone with Wound Care/Pressure Care experience (doesn't have to be in your last role).


Knowledge of the industry and can hit the ground running.


Will consider Senior TM or BDM/HCP who is looking for their first step up in management development and implement sales plans in alignment with company strategy.


Proven track record of successfully managing a high performing team with extensive knowledge of the NHS buying process


Key things are understanding of the NHS and have experience selling into procurement, CCG's and meds management, senior TVN's.


Proven budgeting and targeting experience.


High level of knowledge of the current NHS structure.
