Economics Tutor

Integra Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced Economics Tutor to join our team in delivering high-quality remote tutoring sessions for GCSE and (or) AS Level students.

As an Economics Tutor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to students, helping them develop a strong understanding of economic principles and theories.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote tutoring sessions for GCSE and AS Level students in Economics.


• Create personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.


• Assist students in understanding key economic concepts, theories, and principles.


• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their understanding and performance.


• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment conducive to student success.

Requirements:

• Degree or relevent qualification in Economics..


• Previous experience tutoring Economics at GCSE and/or AS Level.


• Familiarity with the GCSE and AS Level Economics curriculum.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to effectively engage and motivate students.


• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), particularly with a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile, is essential.


• Enhanced DBS which is on the update service ( or willing to apply for one )

Schedule and Pay:

• This is a remote role, with tutoring sessions scheduled for 3 to 4 hours per week.


• The pay rate for this position is £28.00 per hour.
