Role Purpose:

As a Senior Procurement Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development of the procurement function.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will promote commercial excellence and contribute to operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.


• Develop, implement, and monitor procurement policies and procedures.


• Analyse spend areas and establish a contracting pipeline aligned with operational priorities.


• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Identify and implement procurement improvement opportunities.


• Support the development of procurement capabilities within the organization.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior procurement role.


• Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations preferred.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects.


• Leadership, management, and coaching skills.


• Proficiency in procurement and contract management software.


• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Location: (Remote working with occasional meetups in South of England)

We're looking for a seasoned procurement professional with expertise in public sector procurement, particularly in procurement governance, focusing on areas such as customer services, IT, and Estates etc.

You will be experienced with high value procurements and have transformation/change management skills.
