Job Title: Weekend Room Attendant

Location: Near Towcester, Country Hotel and Spa

Type: Temporary (13 weeks) with potential for Permanent

Shift: Morning/Day Shifts

Hourly Rate: £10.50 per hour

About Our Client: Our esteemed client, a luxurious Country Hotel and Spa near Towcester, is seeking dedicated Weekend Room Attendants to join their team.

Job Overview: As a Weekend Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Your attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming environment are key to the success of our client's hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Execute thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with established standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities to ensure a pristine and comfortable atmosphere.
  • Conduct visual inspections of rooms, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the housekeeping team, prioritizing tasks for an efficient workflow.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing special requests or concerns with a positive attitude.

    • Requirements:


  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills for efficient task completion during morning/day shifts.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift/move cleaning equipment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on the assigned schedule.
  • Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
