Property Manager – North Warwickshire

£25.13 per hour

Contract – Full Time – 4 days per week

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To develop an effective Corporate Landlord service, with a particular emphasis on drafting the development of a new Asset Management Strategy and the embedding of an overarching corporate property support service organisation wide.
• Responsible for the development and the implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan and Energy Management function.
• Provide professional and technical advice on the strategic management of the organisation’s corporate land and estate including all corporate assets, property and buildings, energy usage and contracts.
• Lead Officer to project Manage and implement the work of the Corporate Property Group.
• Achieve the efficient management of the organisation’s land and property assets with regard to departmental and corporate aims and objectives and to maximise and secure all income available to the authority.
• Develop, prepare, maintain, and implement the organisation’s Asset Management Strategy and delivery plan in conjunction with the Corporate Property Group including calculation and monitoring of property related national and local performance indicators.
