Our focus lies in delivering AI-powered solutions across various domains including process automation, analytical CRM, digital transformation, compliance, and beyond, continually expanding our offerings through the innovative potential of generative AI.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborating on or leading banking customer projects with AI at the core


• Proactively identifying new business opportunities and spearheading initiatives


• Facilitating coordination between sales and delivery teams


• Contributing to the ongoing professional and technological advancement of our portfolio


• Advancing key banking domains such as asset management, liabilities, commissions, or regulatory compliance by leveraging AI for practical applications

Your profile should include:

• A background in banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial institutions


• A passion for emerging technologies and a keen interest in AI, particularly generative AI


• Hands-on experience as a business consultant or business analyst


• Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences, coupled with an approachable demeanor


• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English


• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements
