Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at NonStop Consulting, your primary role will be to collaborate with clients and candidates, building relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of individual recruitment needs.

Your objective will be to place candidates into contract roles in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Automotive or Engineering market.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients.

  • Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed.

  • Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with client's vacancies.

  • Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists.

  • Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.

  • Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients.

  • Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests.

  • Communicate interview results to candidates.

  • Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.

  • Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression.

  • Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads.
