Accommodation officer – Manchester 

Location – M60 2LA

£12.07ph – On going contract – Full time

• Duty line - Taking/making calls and emails 
• Completing Housing Benefit claims
• Match applicants with accommodation through our vacancy list make the booking with the hotel, followed by a confirmation email
• Call/email each of our accommodations to check availability
• Create tenancies and record information on HPA2
• Create and send offer of accommodation letters on HPA2
• Recording information on live spreadsheet (knowledge of Excel)
• Contacting applicants
