SENIOR RAW MATERIALS ANALYST | LEICESTERSHIRE AREA | Competitive Salary

A leading pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Senior Raw Materials Analyst to join their facility based in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis.



Reporting to the Technical leader, the core function of the role will be to conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates and products following set procedures and methods.

Additionally, you will prepare reagents, mobile phase and solutions, compile completed analytical documentation, maintain stock levels of chemicals and reagents, analyse stability samples and carry out method development or validation for analytical methods.

You will also take on mentorship/supervisory responsibilities as a senior member of the team and handle the scheduling of work.

To be considered for the role candidates will need to be Degree educated, with significant experience in the following compendial testing: titrations, limit tests, colorimetric testing, spectrophotometry (UV-Vis & FTIR), gravimetric, chromatographic, water content and associated equipment, instruments and glassware.

Prior experience within a pharmaceutical GMP environment would be preferred, along with experience with Empower, ChP and BP.
