MLR have a very exciting role for an Assistant General Manager to join one of Dublin Cities most iconic Bars.
Working under a very strong GM who will offer you training and guidance, the ideal candidate will have experience working in high volume bars & restaurants while still being able to deliver the world renowned ‘Céad míle fáilte' that Ireland is known for.
In this role you will managed all aspects of the thriving Food and Beverage department while working closing with the GM in the back of house department.
Experience in rostering, reservations and office admin would be a huge benefit for this role.
