Office Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid: 1 day in-office)

Region: Northern and Southern Territory from Manchester South

Are you an experienced Field Sales professional with a background in Electrical products and engineering? If so, our client, a leading provider of Power Electronics products, wants you to join their team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth across the Southern UK region while managing an existing client base generating over £2 million annually.

Your duties will include lead generation, face-to-face client meetings, business development, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and close new business relationships, meeting annual revenue targets.


• Identify new sales opportunities in emerging markets and customer segments.


• Manage sales transactions ranging from £35 to £700 per unit.


• Conduct customer acquisition calls, in-person presentations, and contract negotiations.


• Provide support to existing clients, maintaining strong relationships.


• Ensure accurate database management and maintain sales promotions in Salesforce.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in Field Sales preferred, but candidates from application engineering or after-sales support backgrounds within Electrical Engineering will also be considered.


• Industry experience in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.


• Demonstrated success in business development and client onboarding.


• Valid Driving Licence.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary: £51,000.


• Bonus: 12.5% to 17.5% based on individual and company performance.
