We're looking for someone to join our team in a critical role focused on ensuring our staff can fully utilize the system and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities include managing internal queries related to the system, collaborating with developers to enhance system features based on user feedback, conducting engaging training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation, maintaining a knowledge base, and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications required include strong problem-solving skills, a degree-level education with proficiency in MS Office, excellent attention to detail, experience in creating user-friendly documentation and providing technical support, preferably with ERP systems or similar enterprise software.
