Senior Business Development Manager - PCB Boards (Tier 1 Automotive)


Location: Anywhere in England, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain


Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum + Commission

Role Overview: As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts within the Tier 1 Automotive sector.


Leveraging your expertise in PCB boards, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities of this Senior Business Development Manager job:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on selling PCB boards to Tier 1 Automotive companies.

  • Identify and prioritise potential clients within the target market, including OEMs and key suppliers.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial inquiry to delivery.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.


Requirements of this Senior Business Development Manager job:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in selling PCB boards to Tier 1 Automotive companies.

  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management within the automotive industry.

  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and technology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
