We are looking for a Social Worker to join their Forensic Social Worker.

To apply for this role, you must have a Social Work Bachelor's degree, is registered with Social Work England, and have previous Mental Health, Complex Care, Hospital/ Reablement Team experience would be beneficial for this opportunity.

About the team:

My client is looking for an experienced Band 6/7 Forensic Social Worker to join their Mental Health Services within the Yorkshire area.

This job works within the NHS, within a secure Mental Health Facility, the team will be working mainly site based, with some flexibility to work from home when needed.

About you:

• Attending ward rounds.
  
  


• Social Circumstance Reports.
  
  


• Carrying out Mental Capacity assessments.
  
  


• Contributing to care plans and ensuring clients are supported.
  
  


• Liasing with relevant professionals within the service for the best interest of the clients.
  
  


• Applying person centred approach to your practice.
