We are looking for an experienced, qualified Social Worker to join a Looked After Children team.

About the team

You will be joining a team that has implemented their Family Safeguarding Model, focusing on supporting the needs of children and adults.

This team work with young people between the ages of 16 and 25 years old who are in the care of the local authority, or care experienced.

About the role

You will need to have a Social Work degree and a minimum of 5 years' post qualifying experience to be considered for this position.

You may also have a background in Leaving Care, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), Children in Care and Care Experienced Young People.

Knowledge of childcare legislation and statutory guidance is essential.
