Residential Conveyancer (Fee Earner)

My client based on the outskirts of Manchester are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our expanding Residential Conveyancing department.

The successful candidate will work alongside their existing team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the continued success of their firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work collaboratively with the existing team and independently when required, showing initiative and proactivity.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, colleagues, and other relevant parties involved in the conveyancing process.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer or equivalent.
Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Strong understanding of freehold/leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adept at working as part of a team and independently.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and can expect a salary in the range in £25-35k dependant on experience.
