Are you an Experienced Lift Repair Engineer with the ability to maintain, service and fault-find on a range of lifts? If yes, read on….

 

My client has been a market-leading specialist for almost 20 years, providing high-quality lift maintenance, repairs, new installations and refurbishment services for all types of Lifts across the South of England.

 

The Role - Lift Repair Engineer

- Knowledge of various makes and models of lifts

- Completion of small repairs, both reactive and preventative, on all types of lifts

- Document and report works completed including pictures and any 

  recommendations

- Liaise with the office team to update them on the status of jobs and to report any

  relevant faults/further works

- Problem-solving and working on own initiative

- Ensure a high standard of quality and delivery of service

- Creating good working relationships with clients on-site, always maintaining a

  professional attitude

- Conform to and utilise best practice within health and safety at all times

- Contacting technicians or manufacturers when support is required with an aim to

  resolve faults to the best of your ability

 

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Lift Repair Engineer

- Prior experience in a lift repair position is essential 

- NVQ3 or Equivalent

- Experienced in small repair works

- Must be a proactive, open-minded and motivated individual

- Being self-sufficient is crucial to this position

- Ability to work unsupervised and provide documentation to the highest standard

- Professional and punctual

- Must have high attention to detail

- Confident and articulate

- Full UK driving license

- High-level personal standards
