1 in 4 weeks night call out (standby)

Up to £45,000 per annum + Benefits

Are you an Experienced Lift Service Engineer with the ability to maintain, service and fault-find on a range of lifts? If yes, read on….

 

My client has been a market-leading specialist for almost 20 years, providing high-quality lift maintenance, repairs, new installations and refurbishment services for all types of Lifts across the South of England.

 

The Role - Lift Service Engineer

- Complete all lift maintenance and services within your route on all types of electrical 

  and hydraulic goods, passenger and service lifts

- Respond and promptly attend reactive breakdowns aiming to resolve the first time

- Completion of log cards

- Participate in on-call rota

- Complete minor repairs

- Document and report works completed including pictures and any 

  recommendations

- Liaise with the service team to update them on the status of jobs and to report any 

  relevant faults/further works

- Creating good working relationships with clients on-site, always maintaining a 

  professional attitude

- Implement health and safety at work at all times

- 1 week in 4 call-outs on nights (standby)

 

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Lift Service Engineer

- Prior experience in a lift service position is essential 

- UK Driving licence

- NVQ3 or equivalent

- Applicants must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a 

  team plus be self-motivated

- Flexible attitude and enthusiasm for their work

- Ability to work unsupervised and provide documentation to the highest standard

- To have high personal standards

- A can-do attitude

- Starting salary up to £45,000 per annum
