Are you an experienced property paralegal seeking a new role in residential or commercial property?

My client, a reputable boutique law firm based in Liverpool, is on the lookout for talented individuals to join their dynamic, expanding team.

Experience Requirements:

- At least 12/18 months experience in an assistant or paralegal role supporting with conveyancing, real estate, or commercial property files.
- Ideal if you have experience with off-plan transactions and plot sales.

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience and an opportunity to work 1 day from home per week after a settling in period.
