Office Administrator

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for Sales and Office Administrator to join our prestigious Client based in Solihull.

Responsibilities / Duties:


  • Reporting into the Sales Manager to provide general administrative support
  • Assisting in sales order processing, operation of the weighbridge and all responsibilities associated with receipt of wood waste
  • First point of call for visitors to the site, visitor sign in and visitor health and safety induction / briefings
  • Assisting with answering the phones, printing mill tickets and customer tickets for the transport team
  • Supervising the office stationary store and ordering equipment and stationary as required
  • Liaising and supporting teams based in the main office (production / transport / sales)
  • Daily accurate recording of weights for loads on vehicles as they enter and exit the site
  • Supplying sawmills with weights as required
  • Updating the supplier spreadsheets for monthly tonnage figures
  • Maintaining office holiday calendar
  • General administrative duties to assist with the day to day running of the main office

Qualifications / Experience:


  • GCSE in English and Maths
  • Previous office experience desirable

Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour
