Location: Luton

Salary: £35,000-£40,000pa

We are currently recruiting for a Static M &E Maintenance Engineer in Luton to join our team.

We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK.

As an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be working in an office building in Luton carrying out all service works such as basic Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works.

Job:

• Basic plumbing


• Mechanical works : BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, water tests


• Electrical works such as lighting / controls , pat testing


• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems


• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues


• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations


• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Package:

• £35,000-£40,000pa


• 45-hour week


• Full time/permanent position


• Monday-Friday 8-5
