About the team

Calderdale Working Age Adults Mental Health team provides support to adults (aged 18-65) with Mental Health needs.

The team works with connected services within the Mental Health Trust.

You will be providing connection to the local community, discharge planning and provide support under S117.

This team also handles challenging situations - identifying and managing risks will be a constant responsibility day to day.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will have worked in Mental Health setting.

You will be able to work in multi-disciplinary settings and have a good knowledge of the Mental Health Act, The Mental Capacity Act and the Care Act.
