Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Contract type: Full time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm, including out of hours on-call cover)

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Commissioning Home Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis for our newest development, set to open its doors in early 2025!

Nestled in the heart of Borehamwood in Hertfordshire, Meadowbrook combines modern design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Boasting 75 private rooms, and luxurious communal spaces, Meadowbrook is tailored to meet the unique needs of residents in a tranquil and secure environment.

The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in running and commissioning a nursing home, ensuring the home is CQC compliant, occupied to sufficient levels and fully staffed with a team that only want to deliver the very best care to our residents.

The ideal candidate should have previous commissioning or managerial experience and a background in residential, nursing and dementia care.

You'll need to be an experienced manager who can lead large teams confidently and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
