This role offers a unique opportunity to handle a variety of IP litigation cases, some leading to High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court actions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial caseload with day-to-day file responsibility under senior staff supervision.
- Schedule tasks efficiently and maintain effective communication with clients, opponents, and other relevant parties.
- Collaborate closely with Counsel on applications.

Qualifications:
- A keen interest in intellectual property law.
- Some experience in litigation or high-volume work is advantageous.
