Your Role:

Our hospital boasts a dedicated neurological rehabilitation unit where you'll collaborate daily with leading specialists in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
· Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
· Additional academic development relevant to your clinical field is desirable
· Extensive postgraduate experience in neurorehabilitation at a senior level within the UK (Private or NHS)
· Essential experience in tracheostomy management and acute neurological cases like acute stroke
· Desirable experience in ICU rehabilitation and splinting within a neurological setting

What You'll Do:
· Apply specialized skills in assessing and treating physical, cognitive, and functional deficits
· Manage complex postural issues and seating
· Retrain activities of daily living (ADL) and engage in complex discharge planning
· Collaborate with expert Consultants
· Deliver expert training to fellow occupational therapy professionals
· Identify potential safety issues within the clinical setting
· Apply specialist knowledge and evidence-based techniques in neurorehabilitation
