I am looking for an Adults Social Worker to join an Older Adults & Physical Disabilities Team

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a Adult's setting.

You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it.

It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).

A valid Social Work England registration is required.

Full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team

This teams focus is supporting older adults in the community.

You will be working with vulnerable adults over the age 65+.

This team will also support those that may have physical disabilities.

Within this team there is responsibilities to attend face to face visits and work alongside other supporting agencies for the best interest of the client.

There will be expectations as a social worker to carry out the relevant assessments and carry out best interest decisions.
