They are looking to expand the Universal Grinding team due to the growth of the business which has resulted in brand new Grinding machines being bought! If you are a Universal Grinder looking to join a well-established company offering a great package & work stability, then this is the company for you!
 
Universal Grinder – Duties:

- Working on Internal, External, Cylindrical & Surface Grinding
- Producing parts in the Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Automotive industries
- Working to single digit microns
- Machine tool spindle repair
- Setting up Grinding machines in a safe manner
- Producing one off's

Universal Grinder – Experience:

- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up universal grinding machines, ensuring all tools, fixtures, and materials are in place for efficient operations.
- Grinding Operations: Operate universal grinders to grind and finish metal components to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Quality Control: Inspect workpieces during and after grinding to ensure they meet quality standards and blueprint specifications.

 
Universal Grinder – Salary & Benefits:

- Salary DOE
- 25 days holiday
- Company pension scheme
- Permanent full time position
- Overtime available
- Mon-Fri Day shifts (39hrs)
