Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor is required in a well established Mechanical and Electrical company based in Shropshire.

Responsibilities:

• Manages project costs


• Prepares cost estimates


• Monitors budgets


• Assists with contract negotiations.


• Analyze feasibility


• Liaise with stakeholders


• Evaluate bids


• Provide financial reports

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor

• Start date: ASAP


• Salary: 50-60k

• Job Location: northampton office, visit projects once per week


• Hours: 40 hours (8-5pm with 1 hour lunch)
