NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time NQ Solicitor to join my clients well-established law firm based in Leeds city centre.

They are particularly interested in applications from confident self-starters who are not afraid to hit the ground running.

The role

- Manage your own caseload across all types of clinical negligence work and undertake all aspects of a clinical negligence claim including:
- initial case planning through investigation.
- obtaining evidence.
- the pre-action protocol.
- issuing and serving of proceedings.
- litigation all the way to trial (where necessary).
- You will be closely supervised, supported, and trained by your more experienced colleagues.
- Work closely with the team receiving valuable mentorship and supervision to support your professional development.
