Salary: €50,000

Our client is a Distributor of renewable energy products, primarily heat pump systems to the residential and commercial market.

Due to continued expansion in this very exciting and progressive sector - we have an immediate vacancy for an Internal Technical Support Manager.

The Successful Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Heat Pump Technical Support calls and call out management
- Product returns and vendor invoicing
- Spare parts management
- Overseeing of new product vetting and introduction
- Product quality assessment and vendor liaison
The ideal candidate should have 2 years' experience carrying out similar work & be customer orientated.

Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visa or sponsorship's already in place.
