We are looking for a Children in Care Social Worker.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team consists of Social Work Professionals in the looked after children (LAC) service.

You will work alongside The LAC CAMHS clinicians and specialist health and mediation professionals that help to design interventions that improve the experience of boroughs looked after children and care leavers.

You will work to statutory timescales to ensure cases are progressed efficiently.

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three year's experience in order to be considered for this role.

The role will require you to have great communication skills and strong planning abilities.

The role will also demand the candidate to have a close collaboration and working relationship with connected children services throughout the borough.
