Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Chippenham, UK

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Every second Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Salary: £29,500+ per annum (plus monthly bonus)

My client is a leading car dealership in Chippenham.

They are seeking a Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Schedule service appointments and manage service bookings efficiently.
Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's service needs and repair status.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain the details to customers.
Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and systems.
A customer-focused and proactive approach to problem-solving.
A valid driver's license.
