Training Coordinator - Part-time


This is a part-time position, with an average estimated 30 hours per week.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities.

Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.

• Organizing and conducting training and educational programs in connection with the Sales Associate Training Class development as well as Customer Contractor, and WTI training.
  
  (Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs.)
• Assist in modifying training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force.
  
  
• Assist in developing new training courses and in updating existing curricula.
  
  
• Provide support in presenting classroom training to Sales, WTI, Contractor and Customer classes.
  
  
• Schedule and prepare class sessions (i.e., hotel rooms, rental cars, banquets, travel arrangements, and events).
  
  
• Arrange and coordinate meetings.
  
  
• Onboarding of new Sales Associates including send out Phase A Packages and set up users on Tremco University.
  
  
• Prepare class session materials including handouts and training materials.
  
  
• Process invoices, Associate / SRT expenses, etc.
  
  
• Provide basic administrative support (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, copying and helping to develop presentation materials) when possible.
  
  
• Prepare and manage Training Dept.
  
  budget.
  
  Report budget status to Training Manager and Director of Training.
  
  

• Working ability with computer (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point)
